Welcome to Sydney’s newest hotel.
Opened in July 2019, the brand new Mercure Sydney Rouse Hill is owned and operated by Lewis Land Group under the Mercure brand.
An extension of The Fiddler, the 78 room, 4 star hotel features the latest check-in technology, pool, gym and conferencing facilities, with food and beverage provided by The Fiddler.

The Fiddler Hotel, NSW
2019 Metropolitan Hotel of the Year!
Located in the fast growing Hills District in north west Sydney, The Fiddler has been named best hotel in Sydney by the Australian Hotel Association.
Redevelopment completed in 2014 expanded seating capacity to 2,300 guests, with significant focus on internal landscaping to create a more relaxed and natural environment.
The Fiddler Hotel offers an Irish themed bar, sports bar with TAB, lounge and outdoor bars, beer garden, bistro, pizzeria, indoor and outdoor dining, wedding and function areas, and gaming.
An extension and upgrade to existing conference facilities was completed in 2019.
In July 2019, we opened the new Mercure Sydney Rouse Hill on our site, with food and beverage serviced by The Fiddler.
The Belvedere Hotel, QLD
The Belvedere Hotel is located on 8,000sqm of prime land overlooking Bramble Bay on the Redcliffe Peninsular. This strong connection to water and the outdoors has made “The Bel” a generational community favourite.
Significant upgrades to the food and beverage were complete in 2016, now providing seating for 800 guests.
Additional improvements are planned in 2018, including gaming and wagering plus another food offer to compliment the existing dining space.
Lewis Land Group own the adjacent land and are reviewing potential development opportunities.
Camden Valley Inn, NSW
An hour south-west of Sydney, the Camden Valley Inn is set amidst five acres of gardens overlooking the Razorback Mountain ranges.
A significant $15million redevelopment was complete in September 2019, restoring the heritage listed buildings to their former glory and creating brand new family-friendly dining and entertaining precinct incorporating pavilion, marquee, and beer garden spaces, as well as a public bar, garden arbour and lounge, bistro, pizza bar, coffee bar, and private dining areas.
The venue also boasts a dedicated conference and function space, as well as a petting zoo and children’s playground, all designed to maximise the views and outdoors.
Renovations in 2017 upgraded the 40, 4-star accommodation suites, balancing country hospitality with modern luxury and convenience.
