Lewis Land has enhanced its presence in the flourishing Moreton Bay region of south-east Queensland through the acquisition and revitalisation of Oaks Redcliffe Mon Komo Suites, a leading waterfront accommodation offering and a valuable addition to the Group’s Leisure portfolio.

The newly refreshed Oaks Redcliffe Mon Komo Suites features 78 spacious, self-contained apartments that boast sweeping views of Moreton Bay and the surrounding islands. Just steps away from the beach and the iconic Settlement Cove Lagoon, the suites offer guests a seamless blend of coastal relaxation and modern comfort.

Guests can enjoy a variety of premium amenities, including a resort-style swimming pool, a fully equipped gym and secure undercover parking. The property now embodies the signature Lewis Land Leisure experience: sophisticated, relaxed, and effortlessly welcoming.

The expansion enhances Lewis Land’s established portfolio in Redcliffe, which already includes the beloved local institutions, The Komo and The Belvedere.

Chris Allison, Queensland’s Manager of our Leisure division, said the acquisition marked another significant milestone for the group. “We’re proud to be the largest non-government employer in the area, with over 350 staff across our venues. This latest renovation has brought the Oaks in line with the high standards our guests have come to expect from Lewis Land Leisure. Whether you’re here to eat, stay, or play, our three venues on the peninsula offer something for everyone.”

We’ve also recently completed a refurbishment of our event spaces at The Komo, investing in state-of-the-art AV equipment, upgraded lighting, refreshed bathrooms and stylish new furnishings. This enhancement ensures we are offering a stunning space for conferences, wedding and other significant events.

With this latest acquisition and revitalisation, Lewis Land is further shaping the hospitality landscape of Moreton Bay, delivering elevated experiences and long-term investment to the region.
