Harbour Town Premium Outlets Wins National Retail Marketing Award at prestigious SCCA Awards

Lewis Land is proud to announce that Harbour Town Premium Outlets has been awarded Retailer Marketing (Multi) at the Shopping Centre Council of Australia (SCCA) Awards, recognising the success of the 2025 June Get Outlet Sale campaign across both Gold Coast and Adelaide centres.
The Get Outlet Sale, a tri-annual event strategically aligned across both Harbour Town Premium Outlets locations, has established itself as a benchmark in outlet retail marketing. The campaign achieved record-breaking results, with unprecedented retailer participation and exceptional customer engagement across both destinations.

The integrated campaign leveraged multiple marketing channels including radio, outdoor advertising, digital platforms, and public relations, complemented by best-in-class activations across both centres. Customers were offered savings of up to 80% off across premium brands, positioning the Get Outlet Sale beyond existing competitive outlet pricing.
The SCCA Awards judges commended the campaign as “a powerhouse of retail activation, proving that big brands and bigger savings are a winning formula.”
