Lewis Land Celebrates One Year of Our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan
Dec 16 2025
We are proud to mark one year since the launch of our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), a significant milestone that reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering respect, relationships, and opportunities with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Over the past 13 months, our RAP Working Group has successfully delivered the majority of our planned initiatives. This achievement is a testament to the dedication of the group and the entire Lewis Land team.
Tania Rucioch, our RAP Champion, shared her thoughts on this milestone:
“Reconciliation is not a destination but a continuous journey. Over the past year, we’ve taken meaningful steps to embed cultural awareness and respect into our business. I’m proud of what we’ve achieved and excited about the opportunities ahead to deepen our engagement and create lasting impact.”
As we move into 2026, our priorities include completing our Staff Survey on Cultural Safety, rolling out Cultural Awareness Training across the business, and exploring Indigenous apprenticeships and employment pathways.
We are excited to deliver new Reconciliation initiatives across our Leisure, Retail, and Development portfolios, ensuring that our commitment to reconciliation is embedded in everything we do.
We thank our RAP Working Group and all team members for their passion and dedication.
