Harbour Cove

Harbour Cove is Lewis Land’s newest waterfront master plan project on the Northern Gold Coast.

Thoughtfully designed to place lifestyle, community, resident experience and liveability at its heart, the result is an innovative mixed-use waterfront precinct of the highest quality for the public to enjoy. A Development Application (DA) has been approved for a waterfront mixed-use development comprising 511 apartments across six medium-rise towers, complete with resort-style amenities including resident lounges, recreational facilities, rooftop pools and sky gardens. Amenities will be complemented by a boutique harbour-side retail and restaurant precinct. Master planning is underway to create a marina and boardwalk offering direct Broadwater access.
