Harbour Shores is the Gold Coast’s first 6-star Green Star Certified Community. On completion, Harbour Shores will become home to more than 4,500 residents across a mix of waterfront residences and mid-rise residential apartments. In addition, there’ll be resort-inspired amenities and select retail, with pedestrian access to the neighbouring retail and dining precincts of Harbour Town Premium Outlets Gold Coast.

Lewis Land also owns an additional 14 hectares of unconstrained land surrounding Harbour Town Gold Coast, creating pathways for future pipeline development.
