The Sovereign Islands is Lewis Land’s signature development and Australia’s first residential island development.

Lewis Land accomplished one of the country’s most complex engineering feats for its time, transforming two small islands into a $2 billion project. The result was the creation of six man-made islands, over 700 home sites, a commercial precinct and a prestige marina.  This enclave of islands is surrounded by the glistening Gold Coast Broadwater, with home sites offering deep water moorings benefiting from direct ocean access. A significant proportion of the land is dedicated to open parks, ensuring a harmonious interrelation with the natural environment.
