Lewis Land has revealed an exclusive first look at its double‑storey Sky Homes — a premium collection of luxury waterfront residences forming part of the Signature Collection at Harbour Shores, the Gold Coast’s visionary 6 Star Green Star Communities v1.1 masterplanned community. Positioned atop The Waterline apartment building, these elevated homes combine expansive indoor‑outdoor living with access to resort‑style amenities and direct Broadwater connectivity.

Lewis Land’s Head of Development, Michael Long, said the Sky Homes represent a new level of luxury within the masterplan.
